Serious Prepping -Roger Mason
Conditions will get much worse with the scamdemic and Great Reset. You must prepare for what is coming. You absolutely cannot live in the city or crowded suburbs. The more rural you are, the better. The least problems will be far away from the cities. Women need about 1,200 calories a day, and men about 1,800 calories. Forget meat, poultry, eggs and dairy. We are talking survival now. Here is a good basic list of what you need to put away for at least a six-month period:
PROPANE- a 250 gallon "submarine" if you can. An 80-gallon tank will soon be empty. Gasoline and kerosene go bad and additives don't work well.
GENERATORS propane converted like a 1,000W and a 2,500W. More if you can.
BROWN RICE in vacuum plastic bags. Jasmine tastes best. 300 pounds per person (150 pounds for children). This is 1,800 serving at 6 servings per pound.
WHOLE WHEAT PASTA at least 100 pounds per person (50 pounds for children).
DRIED BEANS- varied, 300 pounds per person (150 pounds for children), 1,800 servings.
CANNED FOODS- fruits and vegetables have few calories. Forget dried ones as well.
Freeze dried is really the worst.
VEGETABLE OILS like corn, sunflower, safflower and olive, not canola and peanut.
DRIED DAIRY MILK IS NOT HEALTHY,
DRIED SOY MILK IS VERY EXPENSIVE.
TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, FACIAL TISSUES
DISH, LAUNDRY, BATH, and SHAMPOO SOAPS
LED LIGHT BULBS, not incandescent
RECHARGABLE BATTERIES and solar charger
CONDIMENTS like salt, soy sauce, vinegar, honey
FEMININE HYGEINE SUPPLIES
CLEANING SUPPLIES, sponges, Ajax, brushes, PineSol, and the like.
INFANT SUPPLIES all of them!
ZIP LOCK BAGS AND PLASTIC FOOD CONTAINERS
FIRST AID SUPPLIES including pain medication if you can get it
SHOES extra practical walking and working shoes
SOCKS, yes, socks wear out
UNDERWEAR yes, underwear also wears out
FIREARMS, AMMO, HIGH CAP MAGS are vital, military is best. Even .22 LR rifles
are very effective.
PET FOOD- give them 50% brown rice and 50% animal products like canned tuna,
salmon, mackerel, chicken turkey, beef, and pork. Best commercial bagged food 100 pounds per pet. This depends on pet size obviously.
VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS keep acidophilus and flax oil refrigerated.
Anything else you use and need regularly. Walk around the house and add to this list if needed.
CHEAP LIQUOR will be great for barter (vodka, bourbon, rum, etc.)
You may feel all this is just far too much. Or you may not be able to afford all of it. Do what you can. Do your best. There will be no "recovery" at all. Things just get worse from here. Time will prove that. This will be a very Dark Winter. Be prepared.
