Milk and dairy products are the worst, most
allergenic, harmful foods you can eat. Everyone over the age of three is
lactose intolerant. Casein is proven to promote cancer and other diseases. People
who eat dairy products live much shorter lives and have much worse health than
those who don’t. That’s right, dairy product intake is a major factor in

Go to your favorite search engine and type in "dangers of milk," and
see a long list of factual websites. A good one is www.notmilk.com. These sites prove beyond
any doubt that milk and dairy products cause various cancers, heart disease, diabetes, and a long list of
other illnesses.
No animal drinks milk after it is weaned, as milk is meant for babies, not
children or adults. Most people on earth today do not drink milk except white
Europeans and Asian Indians. We are constantly bombarded with propaganda such
as, "got milk?" telling us what a healthy food dairy products are. Disinformation
specialists such as the American Dairy Council are behind this. What kind of
milk are we supposed to drink? Cow milk of course. Almost all of the dairy products are from cows. We have made a cult of the cow, and
drink something that was designed for calves. We worship cows!.
The American Dairy Association is one of the most powerful lobbies in the U.S.
Most women now feed their babies cow milk instead of breast feeding them. We
wonder why we’re so unhealthy when most babies are fed on calf food? Do you
know that cow milk makes babies stupid? In the prestigious journal The Lancet (1992) it was shown that babies reared on mothers
milk had a 10 point higher intelligence quotient (I.Q.) than babies reared on
cow milk. 10 points! They studied these children for a full ten
years and found a ten point higher IQ. If you were raised on cow milk that
means you are ten points stupider than you would be if your mother had bothered
to breast feed you. The alternative is a variety of plant based milks such as
soy, rice, almond, and oat. The American Academy of Pediatrics reported in the
journal Pediatrics (1983) that dairy milk should never be given to
infants because of the many proven
negative effects.
Remember the late Dr. Benjamin Spock? In 1992 he said, "I want to pass on
the word to parents that cow's milk has definite faults for babies. Human milk
is the right one for babies." We
know that diabetes is now an epidemic in America, as are all the blood sugar
and insulin problems. One in three American children will develop diabetes,
and dairy products are one of the causes. In the American
Journal of Clinical Nutrition (1990) Canadian doctors found, "a
significant positive correlation between consumption of milk protein and
incidence of insulin dependent diabetes
mellitus in various countries." Another study in Norway published in
Diabetes Research (1988) found that
children who drank cow milk had far more diabetes.
How about the New England Journal of Medicine (1992)? They reported that
people in Finland have the highest consumption of dairy products in the world.
They also have the highest rate diabetes in the world. Now go to rural
Thailand, Korea, Viet Nam, Japan, Red China, Cambodia, etc. and try and find
cases of diabetes. You'll find that diabetes and most cancers are rare. One
major reason is that they don't drink milk or eat dairy products, as it is just
not part of their culture. (If you go to the cities in Japan now you'll find
milk, cream, cottage cheese, ice cream, yogurt, sour cream, hard cheese, and
butter in grocery stores, as they lost their cultural dietary traditions years
ago.) In India, where dairy products are
a staple, you’ll also find epidemic rates of diabetes. We worship cows almost
as much as they do, but just don’t admit it.
Norwegians suck down endless milk and dairy products. In the British Medical
Journal (1990) researchers studied 1,422 people in Norway for almost 12
years. They found the more milk they drank the more lymphatic cancer they got.
Now how much proof do you need that milk and dairy foods kill?
A great study was done for 15 countries and published in The Lancet (1976).
The good doctors found the more milk and dairy people ate the more lymphoma
they got. This study was based on15 different countries. The New Zealanders hogged down the most dairy, and
got the most lymphoma. The Japanese the least dairy, and were almost free of
this cancer. How about ovarian cancer? In the American Journal of
Epidemiology (1989) the more milk
women drank the more ovarian cancer they got. This was also proved at the
Roswell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, NY and many other clinics. Add
uterine, cervical, and breast cancer to that list.
The same is true of lung cancer, prostate cancer and other cancers. In the
journal Cancer (1989) men who
drank the most milk got the most prostate cancer. Drinking milk equals getting
prostate cancer. This is the leading cancer in American men bar none.
O.K., we've proven that milk kills. What can you do about it? Go to any grocery
store and they offer a variety of both refrigerated and non-refrigerated soy,
rice, almond, and oat milks. Keep trying these until you find one you like. You
will soon come to PREFER the non-dairy milk to cow milk. You will soon come to find
real cow milk very distasteful and much prefer a good non-dairy milk.
You can buy meltable soy and other cheeses in eight different flavors that
melt, taste, and generally are like dairy cheese without all the saturated fat.
You can buy these in major grocery chains in cheddar, jack, feta, mozzarella,
parmesan and other flavors. You can even find soy sour cream to use instead of
dairy sour cream. Even the low fat and no fat real dairy sour cream is full of lactose and milk
proteins.
Unfortunately the soy yogurt is full of sugar and isn’t very healthy. There are a variety of frozen soy "ice
creams" that are also full of sugar. No, there is no soy cottage cheese.
You won't die if you can't eat cottage cheese any more. There is even a soy
whipped cream in an aerosol can if that’s what you want. There are also soy
coffee creamers for your coffee (not
that you should be drinking coffee).
Milk
kills. Dairy products kill. The scientific evidence is overwhelming that they
kill. Take milk and dairy out of your life and never eat them
again. You will find miracles occur in just 30 days once you take milk and
dairy out of your life. Milk sucks!
