Milk Is Gonna Kill You! -Roger Mason
This
column for years has told you that drinking milk and eating dairy products will
ruin your health. Diary foods contain indigestible lactose and cancer promoting

documented extensively in international medical journals. At the University of
Manchester in England (International Journal of Cardiology v.33, 1991) another
such study was done that showed drinking milk raises your blood pressure. High
blood pressure (hypertension) is an epidemic in almost all countries. It is the
most prevalent medical condition of all. You can cure this naturally. Read Lower

In this study a chart was printed showing the death rate from heart and artery
disease compared to consumption of milk and dairy products. Consuming milk
and dairy around the world was directly and clearly related to how many
fell over dead of CHD.
There was also an excellent chart showing 21 countries and how much milk and
dairy products they consume. The consumption was compared to the death rate
from heart disease by age group. In Finland, for example, they swill down about
38 grams of dairy proteins a day. Coronary heart disease kills a very high
number of Finns every year. Compare this
to Japan where they only consume a mere 4 grams of dairy protein daily. Their
CHD death rate is only about one ninth of the Finnish rate. (The Japanese had a
zero consumption of dairy until very recently.) In fact, when you look at the
chart, every single European nation on earth leads the pack in dairy
consumption and heart disease of all kinds, with no exceptions. 1,747
older Finnish people fall over dead compared to 193 Japanese, and 210 younger
Finns die compared to just 20 Japanese. Finns can’t seem to stuff enough milk
and dairy foods in their faces. The city Japanese are now mimicking the
Westerners and eating more dairy products. Now the urban heart disease rates
are sky-rocketing, while the country Japanese continue with their traditional
dairy-free diets, great health, and longest lifespan in the world. The Okinawan
Japanese live the longest and best of anyone in the world. Dairy products are
not part of their culture and tradition.
A study at the Zaragoza School of Medicine in Spain (Journal of Nutrition
v. 132, 2002) used real people in a classic double blind study. Half drank 2 cups
of soy milk twice a day for three months, while half drank the same amount of
dairy milk. At the end of that time the soy milk group lowered their systolic
pressures by an average of 18.4 mmHg and their diastolic pressure by 15.9 mgHg.
This is stunning, and much more effective than toxic and expensive drugs with
all their side effects.
All the major grocery chains now sell a variety of inexpensive soy, almond,
rice, and oat milks so you can find one you enjoy. Soon you'll actually prefer
this to dairy milk and will find cow milk somewhat distasteful. You will also
find at least 10 flavors of non-dairy meltable cheeses that taste like dairy
cheese when you cook with them. You can find other non-dairy products such as
"cream cheese". The soy yogurts now taste good, but contain sugar.
There are non-dairy “ice creams”, but these also contain sugar.
Stop drinking all dairy milk and eating all dairy products today.
Use soy (or almond, rice and oat) products instead. All adults of all races are
allergic to the lactose in milk, as they stop producing the enzyme lactase as
infants. Lactose and milk proteins are gonna kill you if you don't.
