SILVER IS THE MOST UNDERVALUED ASSET ON EARTH
On the 5th the commercials are down to 118,000 net shorts on their gold futures. They are down to 34,000 net shorts on their silver futures. Silver OI (open interest) is still up to 200,000. These are bad numbers. On the 12th the COT report showed the commercials are now up to 133,000 net gold shorts and 38,000 silver shorts. Your poor old author still has his silver shorts. The chances are silver, gold, and the miners are going to fall this Spring into Summer.
THE DOW TO GOLD RATIO IS ALL IMPORTANT
Believe it or not, the DOW to gold ratio was 1 to 1 in 1980. That is not a misprint. They were both about 800. 1 to 1. Now the ratio is over 20 to 1. The same is true of silver of course. Common sense and logic tells you now is the time to dump stocks and buy silver.
Why not gold? Because the gold to silver ratio is about 85 to 1 now. This will fall to the historical, classic natural 10 to 1 ratio. Silver is literally eight time better than gold. While you’re dumping stocks, dump your IRA/401k, bonds, annuities, and any other paper. All paper will be worth paper. The constitution says only gold and silver are real money.
