    Eat, Cheat, and Get Cancer -Roger Mason

    Suzanne Somers has written several awful books on diet and weight loss. Eat, Cheat, and Melt the Fat Away was a runaway best seller. It takes a lot of nerve for a chronically fat slob to telling others how to lose weight! She has breast cancer, got radiation and surgery, and then got a hysterectomy. All from following her own moronic advice. Her books are best sellers and millions of women (almost no men read her books) are very influenced by her. Why on God's earth would anyone take health advice from a fat cow with breast cancer and a hysterectomy?  She has spent tens of thousands of dollar on liposuction in desperation.  She'll be dead in a few years, yet keeps posing an an authority on natural health. 
     
    She is on the ketogenic bandwagon and her guru is Burton Goldberg. Always remember that “ketosis” is a disease state that worsens your health and shortens your life. It's obvious that Suzanne got breast cancer and uterine cancer (or whatever it was) from taking horse estrogen and synthetic progestin while hogging down animal fat. That's right, she was on the horse estrogen program for years. Now she has the nerve to write a book on hormones called The Sexy Years! In 2006 she had even more nerve to write Ageless. Take a look at the chart on page 32 of No More Horse Estrogen! (Cancer Research v. 45, 1985) to convince yourself that dietary fat causes breast- and lots of other cancers. You can't deny the results from billions of women around the world. The more fat you eat the more breast (and others) cancer you get. Rural women in Asian countries like China, Japan, and Thailand get a tiny fraction of the breast cancer that European and American women get.  They just don't eat much meat, poultry, eggs, or dairy in these cultures. 
     
    Eating animal fats cause many types of cancer. She brags about eating bacon and eggs for breakfast. She got the surgery, she got the radiation, and then she got a hysterectomy. She still swills down all the animal fat she can. It is now 2008 and $10,000 cash says she'll be dead in less than ten years- after more surgery and more radiation. Any takers? 
     
    Let's take a look at her book on how to “cheat”. You can eat all the milk and dairy products you want and damn the lactose and dairy proteins. Everyone on earth over the age of three is lactose intolerant. She says to eat any kind of cheese you want, especially the super high fat cheese like Brie and Camembert. When you use cream be sure to use the heavy cream with more fat. Add all the full fat sour cream you like. And butter? Just pour it on! All the butter you want. If you think any of this is exaggeration please go pick up a copy of any of her four diet books in the bookstore or library and see for yourself. This is exactly what she says in her books. 
     
    Meat? All you can stuff in your face. Murder those cute little lambs and eat lamb chops, loin of lamb, lamb burger. All the pork chops, pork loin and pork ribs you can get down your throat. Steaks, hamburgers, and especially prime rib, are now part of your daily menu. Don't forget salami, bacon, and baloney. If it walks, kill it, and eat it. The more fat the better. Read her books and prove this to yourself.  
     
    Don't forget eggs and poultry. Eggs are one of the most allergenic foods of all. She says eggs, “are one of earth's most perfect foods”, and calls them “the incredible, edible egg”. She says a good way to lower cholesterol is to eat more eggs! She really says that. No kidding. Read it yourself- she says you can lower your cholesterol by eating more eggs. I did not make that up folks. She goes on to say we must eat more cholesterol to be healthy, as we don't make enough. Really, seriously, she says that. She should be in an institution out of compassion. In her ice cream recipe she adds EIGHT (8) egg yolks and throws the whites away. Why dilute all that good fat and cholesterol? She doesn't mention that an average large egg has a whopping 250 mg of pure artery clogging cholesterol. She eats eggs all the time, and wants you to eat them, too. Please read Eggs are Bad Food in our library. Any kind of poultry is fine and you can deep fry that chicken now. Don't roast it, or bake it, or take the skin off- just deep fry it in lard.  
     
    You think you have to give up desserts to lose weight and be healthy? Not at all. Just use SomerSweet® or good old fashioned chemicalized saccharin instead of sugar. Yes, she says that carcinogenic saccharin is safe to use. Eat all the dark chocolate ice cream you want with lots of egg yolks to make it richer. Egg custard, too. “Molten Chocolate” cakes. Chocolate tortes. Chocolate fondues. Chocolate truffles. And all with super rich heavy cream. Whoever told you to give up chocolate and desserts to lose weight and be healthy?  
     
    You might be asking yourself what “SomerSweet®” is? This is from lo han fruit (Momordica grosvenori) plus “other fibers”. Lo han contains xylitol (wood sugar) aka xylose. This is still sugar obviously and a very poor choice for your health. Sugar is sugar is sugar. If you want to delude yourself about xylitol somehow not being just another sugar, you can buy pure 99% xylitol for under $3 a pound on the Internet. SomerSweet® costs much more than that and has much less xylitol. She hates whole grains and beans and says never to eat any whole grains or beans. 
     
    The fact that millions of women (have you seen any men reading her books?) worship a fat, sickly, dying pitiful narcissist with low intelligence like Suzanne is hard to comprehend. What kind of woman would believe eating beef, pork, lamb, eggs, cheese, and endless chocolate desserts will make them slim and healthy?  It seems that the secret of success is to tell people want they want to hear and take their money. Women who take health advice from a a sickly, obese woman dying of breast and uterine cancers are going to get exactly what their hand calls for. We all get what our hand calls for in life.
