According to people like this, there is no difference between eating a

Heller can't see the difference between Twinkies and oatmeal or chocolate
and whole grain bread they need a new brain.
Anyone who knows anything about nutrition knows that fat contains about
twice the calories of protein or carbohydrates. It is FAT that makes you
fat! It isn't food that makes you fat- it is FAT that makes you fat.

Ornish on low fat eating.
A whole grain, low-fat diet is the basis of your good health and long
life. People who go on a balanced whole grain based diet literally cure
cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other conditions in only a year. What
more proof do you need? If you can cure cancer this way don't you think
maybe you would also be slim and have healthy insulin and blood sugar
levels?

Eating more meat and fat is a guaranteed way to raise your cholesterol,
fall over of a heart attack or stroke, get most any kind of cancer, feel
sickly and die early. The American public hogs down an amazing 42% fat
calories, and most all of these are the saturated animal fats that clog
your arteries while fueling the growth of cancer cells.
Why do you think Americans have more cancer than anyone on earth? One of
the main reasons is almost half the calories they eat come from FAT.
It's people like this who give natural health a bad name. People who take
his advice only get sicker and then say, "Natural health doesn't work".
Why are they so popular? Because they tell people what they want to hear
rather than what they NEED to hear.
