Bill Clinton Dying From South Beach Disaster

For those of you who haven't read my original article, "The South Beach

Bill Clinton is only 58 and should be able to run marathons at that age. Your
author is 58 and has the basic same cardiovascular system he had at 30 as proven
by diagnostic tests. His cholesterol level is way over 200 when it should be
about 150. That's right, your cholesterol level should be about 150. In America
about 4 out of 5 men of his age have some kind of coronary artery disease which
can be easily seen with an angiogram. Over half of all men at this age have at
least one of their four arteries half blocked. The author of The South Beach
Diet, Arthur Agatston (a medical doctor of course) is also sickly and takes
statin drugs and aspirin to help lower his high cholesterol and blood fats.
That's right, Art is on statin drugs gulping down toxic aspirin tablets while he
hogs down red meat and animal fats. A real poster boy for good health and long
life, right? Like Atkins, he follows his own advice and will soon be in the
obituaries. If someone preaches the gospel of natural health, don't you think
they should also be a model for it? Clinton was following the South Beach
Disaster for months and ate all the beef, pork, lamb, chicken, eggs and dairy
products he wanted to. That's right, Dr. Art says, "the latest evidence is that
eggs are good for us", "egg yolks are good for you", and that "whole eggs are
not limited". Folks, please read my article, "Eggs Are Bad Food" in the articles
library. You can drink milk and eat all the dairy products you want according to
Art. Please read my various articles on why not to eat any dairy food in the
library. Milk is THE worst allergenic food on earth, and anyone who wants to be
healthy and lose weight must take milk and dairy out of their life. All adults
of all races are lactose intolerant. Period.
Now Perpetual Erection Bill is going to get useless heart bypass surgery. Why
"useless"?
BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK! Bypass surgery never did work and is just another
expensive scam by the medical profession. No, it doesn't lengthen your life, but
it sure makes those cardiologists richer. We have over four decades of
statistics to prove this. And Satyr Bill may well not be able to commit serial
adultery anymore as bypass surgery often results in erectile dysfunction. But it
gets worse folks- brain damage is the big problem here (if you live thru the
operation of course). A study from the New England Journal of Medicine (2001)
showed that five years after bypass there was an average of 20% loss of brain
function! How would you like to lose a full one fifth of your brain power? ALL
patients who get bypass surgery suffer from brain damage. The doctors lie to you
about this like they lie about the side effects of every other operation they
offer. So, our boy Bill will probably end up with a limp weenie, a serious loss
of mental ability, and a very short lifespan of very poor quality.
And when Adulterous Bill gets out of the hospital he will surely continue to eat
lots of saturated animal fats. Treating the symptoms and throwing money at
problems doesn't work. Clinton could simply start eating a natural food diet as
he was taught by Dean Ornish years ago. He could reverse his arterial blockage
by making better food choices and getting regular exercise. He could take
responsibility for his own health.
Let's say it again...it isn't food that makes you fat, it is FAT that makes you
fat. Fat has twice the calories of protein or carbohydrates. You can eat all the
whole natural food you want to, never be hungry and be slim all your life if you
simply make better food choices. Please read my Zen Macrobiotics for Americans.
Read books by Susan Powter, Gary Null, Terry Shintani, Robert Pritikin (or his
father Nathan), Dean Ornish or any of the macrobiotic authors. This low-carb
insanity is about refined grains like white bread and white pasta and all the
various sugars; it is not about whole grains. Whole grains are your staple food.
Look at rural Asians and you basically won't find obesity, heart disease,
diabetes, cancer or the other ills that plague wealthy Americans and Europeans.
Real life is the proof of all these idiot fad diets.
